MAILING US YOUR TAPE:
Filming your stroke or strokes: you must use a digital camcorder which uses DV tapes or mini-DV tapes. Please give us a brief overview of yourself at the beginning of the tape by letting us know your name, spelling of your name and any pertinent injuries you have had as well as the length of time you've played your particular sport, if you have ever taken a professional lesson before and your intended goals. If this procedure isn't followed we could end with an analysis that might not end up going to the correct person or being sent out at all.
Step 1 (a): Select and purchase your package through our secure online store, choose from the golf or tennis division. Your information will be automatically sent to the professionals who handle those divisions.
Step 2: (EMAIL) compress the video clip by uploading it using (EMAIL) or alternately you may use the format below.
Step 2 (a): (TAPED HARD COPY) Please feel free to send us your video clips to the appropriate division so that we may upload it directly into our system. Please note, tapes unfortunately will not be returned unless you request your analysis in DVD or CD media format in which case we will send along your original tape along with your media package so that you may re-use the tape for your next analysis.

Step 3: The fastest way to get us your video clip is through email, it also happens to be the most inexpensive way to do so. If your using a Windows XP platform or Operating System, you can capture and edit your video from your camera with a simple video editing program that comes standard with Windows XP system called "moviemaker", edit and capture 1 swing from your preferred angle or both. Once you have your clips all set to go and your ready to email them simply click the email button and share your video with us so we can analyze it and get it back to you. To send us multiple clips please send them separately or you may receive a bounced message.
STEP 4: Click on our "Login/Register" button in our Pro Shop, fill out and complete the registration form. You will automatically receive your login information within an email. This will provide you access to your own personal flash player library or screening room where your analysis will be posted.
STEP 5: When you login you will be able to see your own personal web page where your video anlaysis will be posted. Obviously you won't be able to see any video until your analysis has been completed and posted by our Division professionals. This will be your private screening room and you can login wherever you are to view your deatiled analysis.
STEP 6: When we receive your email or snail mail package through the postal system our professionals will complete your analysis and notify you when complete so that you may view it online or advise you when you should be receiving it depending on the media format you've requested.
STEP 7: We will store 12 months of your video analysis' in your screening room.. Once the 13th month is added, we will remove your 1st month's analysis etc.... but we will always maintain 12 months of video so that you may keep up with your progressions. If you request that we remove your video we can burn the information to CD or DVD and have it sent to you for your records. A charge is applicable for this service.
